When things are going to many directions, S.T.O.P.

In life, we need to be following one direction at a time. We need to go through some u-turns, or left, right or straight forward at different times. But when things seem to be going on many directions, stop. Stop for a while.

STOP and check your heart.
STOP and check your mind.
STOP and check your soul.
STOP and check your reality.
STOP and check your goals.
STOP and check your health.
STOP and check your surroundings.
STOP and check your loved ones.

S – Stop. Whatever you’re doing, pause momentarily.

T – Take a deep breath. Breathe in, breathe out to reconnect with your inner self.

O – Observe. Look around you to see what’s happening. Are things getting out of control?

P – Proceed. You either continue where you left off, or use your newly-formed thoughts to change the course.

Have some time alone and try to figure out if you’re living in the direction you always wanted to go. Your world could be revolving too fast that you are either being left behind or carried away.

Rest and restart. You deserve a break.
