Do not be disheartened, no matter how difficult. You are skilled and competent. You are formed by the strengths of your experiences. Remember how creative and strong and great you were (and always are!). Life adequately prepared you for moments like this.
The more difficult the path, the higher you should aim, but you should conduct yourself with honour no matter how hard. Whether in shame or fame, honour comes first.
You also need to learn to be alone. In moments of difficulty, most people leave. You need to bear it. Ask for help when you feel you need one, but train yourself not to depend on others but to trust your guts.
Push yourself. The most relentless is usually the most successful, and there are few of them. Be one of them.
